The Mount Mary University Athletic Department is excited to announce the hiring of Mike DaSilva as Head Soccer Coach, effective Feb. 16, 2026. DaSilva brings extensive coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate levels. He has served as an assistant coach at Bryant & Stratton College, Carroll University, Lakeland University and Mount Mary University, in addition to coaching at Arrowhead High School. He was previously head coach for the Martin Luther High School boys’ soccer program and the Grafton High School girls’ junior varsity program.

DaSilva has also built an accomplished athletic career, competing in the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) with the Baltimore Blast, Orlando SeaWolves, Kansas City Comets, St. Louis Ambush and Harrisburg Heat. He currently plays professionally with the Milwaukee Wave.

“I am truly excited to get started and lead this program with purpose, passion and commitment,” said DaSilva. “I look forward to building something impactful and helping our student-athletes reach their highest potential.”

Director of Athletics Natalie Balleto added that she welcomes DaSilva’s technical expertise and vision for the team.

“We are excited to see him lead this program to the next level,” she said.
